put fresh jalepenio sausage inside ducks.
Brown ducks very well.
teal/woodies preferably; plucked.
Add swanson chicken broth and some water.
cook slow, just to where it's bubbling a little, breasts down in the pot.
put a hole peeled onion in there w/ them.
i put a couple fresh jalepenios in the pot, too.
add some mushrooms towards end.
ducks stay so moist it's unbelievable. don't need to stir pot and be careful w/ ducks, won't take much for them to fall apart.
