I've looked everywhere to try and figure out the exact process for making dried deer sausage links. It's my favorite way to have deer meat but only get it when a buddy takes a deer to the processor since I always do my own. I have a big smoker and a stuffer just want to make sure I'm doing it right. If you have a good recipe for this add it up too.
