I know there are some TRUE Cajuns out there! And I'd like to get a real CAJUN jambalya recipe if youns are willing? Thanks for the input! (No gumbo recipe needed, already have one)

John Folse has never steered me wrong. I might try to make this sometime this week if I can get some people together. I love jambalaya.
