Does anyone have a good brine recipie for jerky that they would be willing to pass on.? am about to make my first batch for the year, and want to find a good brine. Mine always end up too salty. Also if you got one that you'll let me try, how long do you soak it for?

soaking it all depends on the grade and thickness. i do mine til i can almost pull it apart when its raw.
