Brine recipie

Does anyone have a good brine recipie for jerky that they would be willing to pass on.? am about to make my first batch for the year, and want to find a good brine. Mine always end up too salty. Also if you got one that you'll let me try, how long do you soak it for? :beer:

soaking it all depends on the grade and thickness. i do mine til i can almost pull it apart when its raw.
