need a cajun!! help!!! gumbo..

i've had a few different gumbos from Louisiana and their all great... have to do something with the ringnecks im gonna kill saturday.. and i really want to make some cajun spicy gumbo..

well i met him last year in destin at outback, i guess i should have asked him to write down a gumbo recipe on my hat in stead of his signature. :fingerhead:

i bumped up a recipe that indaswamp posted.

you can pretty much follow that recipe and not smoke them if you can't.

also, you can buy reaux (savoir's or richard's)
