I've got a recipe you guys may want to try. Here's how it goes:
Slice duck breasts in half horizontal so the breasts are thin.
Season duck on both sides with seasoning salt, garlic salt, montreal chicken seasoning, and I also use a garlic/basil seasoning. (whatever seasoning you prefer)
Take mild peppericinci pepper, slice it in half, scrape out seeds, smear in Philadlephia cream cheese inside of pepper.
Wrap duck breast around pepper, then wrap strips of bacon around ducks breasts, toothpick everything together.
I cover a cookie sheet in NON-stick Reynolds Aluminum foil then place toothpicked bacon/duck breast/peppers on cookie sheets.
I preheat oven for 5 to 10 minutes on 375 and after preheat I cook food on same temp for 30 mintues to 45 minutes depending on how you like your duck cooked and how many items you are cooking on your sheet.
Try this out and tell me how you liked it; enjoy!
