easy 15 minute recipe

this recipe uses mallards/black ducks for a smaller duck you will need to adjust cooking times etc

-preheat the oven to 350
-on a baking sheet lay out 4 slices of thick sliced bacon
-put in the oven for 5 minutes
-you dont want to fully cook the bacon just get it partially cooked

-while cooking the bacon get out two duck breasts
-cut the breasts into 4 equal pieces
-season them however you like. i use adobo seasoning

-take out the bacon slices and cut them in half
-wrap the duck pieces with the bacon and stick a toothpick through them
-place back on the baking sheet and back into the oven for 8 minutes

-the duck pieces will be pink in the middle

i want to try this with some cheese wrapped in but this works just fine for me and is quick
