simple recipes for a beginner?

hey guys, i have a couple specklebelly breasts that i would like to cook somehow. i have never cooked goose or duck. i am looking for a SIMPLE recipe to make.

if you just have the breast, pound it out thin and chicken fry it. simple and good.

nexttime save the whole bird. specks are great baked or smoked.

i just put these in the skillet with some seasoning and now i know why. they are SOOOO good. they are so much better than any other duck or goose. next time i kill these, they are going to the pickery and getting smoked.

maybe its gentics, maybe its diet. i really don't know. i just know that they are.

These are my two new favorite tools for cooking at the camp:

This makes perfectly battered pieces of meat everytime and then I use my electric fryer:
