Take about 8 duck breast cut it to 3/4 to 1 inch pieces
1 Bottle of ott's original french dressing
1 12oz can of beer
1 can of pinnapple chuncks
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 red onion
2 red bell pepers
mix all ingrediants in large mixing bowl cover and put in fridge for least 24 hours put on shish kabob
sticks and grill tell just brown on the outsides dont over cook with duck to me medium rare is perfect

looks ok. i'd add some tomato, banana pepper, & jalapeno. but thats just my tastes. actually i wouldn't eat the tomato, but i know most people i cook for would.

i like edives in there also.
also french dressing and buffalo sauce (50/50) is a great kabob and fajita marinade
