Smoker ???

Hey all. I am looking to buy a smoker. I am wanting a smoker that is somewhat easy to regulate the temp on. I am wanting to use it to make summer sausage and was wanting a smoker that would hold steady at lower temps (around 120) but still have the range to go up and cook other things. I cooked some summer sausage up on a treager and it was just to hot couldn't get the temp down to bring it up slowly. Should I get a wood, propane, electric, etc. The easier the operation the better. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I use a wood burner, it takes some practice to get used to keeping it cool, I'm not sure if any of the electrics are able to run that low either. check out these folks, very helpful.
