Hey all. I am looking to buy a smoker. I am wanting a smoker that is somewhat easy to regulate the temp on. I am wanting to use it to make summer sausage and was wanting a smoker that would hold steady at lower temps (around 120) but still have the range to go up and cook other things. I cooked some summer sausage up on a treager and it was just to hot couldn't get the temp down to bring it up slowly. Should I get a wood, propane, electric, etc. The easier the operation the better. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
