Venision Biscuts

a simple but good one. beef or pork will work just fine. makes a good breakfast or dinner, and can be done several days in advance. i actually think they get better after a night in the fridge, its just hard to let them sit that long.

season 1 pound ground vension however you like. brown it about halfway. mix in a cup of bbq sauce. get a tube of store bought biscuts, and put them in a muffin tray. make a little hollow and put your meat and sauce in it. top with shreaded cheese. cook the biscuts. eat.

my wife likes a little sour cream on them. i don't think they need it, but you might.

Mmmmm, sounds delicious. I've got a ton of venison burger in the freezer, I'll probably give this a try this week.
