Grilled Mallard

Postby HotDog » Thu Jun 30, 2011 4:51 pm

So I had some (bone in) mallard breasts to do something with.

I marinated them in fat-free italian dressing and red wine vinegar, then slowcooked them untill they were medium rare. They were ok when hot, but I've used them (cold) thin sliced in a salad for lunch this week and they are awesome.

Next, teal/jalepeno/bacon poppers.
