i have been looking for a good beef or duck jerky marinade for the last couple of weeks and haven't been able to find any that sound good

I made a tasty batch of goose jerky this week. i sliced the goose into thin strips and used Claude's Fajita Marinade, and added crushed red chile pepper. let it soak for about 30 min and then put in dehydrator, was done in about 5 hrs. not overpowering, not too salty, nice & spicy.

I always use this stuff called "mr.yoshida's marinade and cooking sauce-- original gourmet"
It tastes great on the jerky

myron's 20 gauge! Kindda like teriyaki but way better, more garlic taste and less sweet.
