I had quite a few doves from the opener so I decided to do something different. I usually just marinate my birds in salt water if I'm not doing anything special so that's where this bunch started. I took the breasts and cut the meat off and chunked it up to fry. I mixed together doves and bacon at a 1:1 ratio and I like some heat so I went with some sliced up jalapenos and fryed it all up and ate it on a tortilla with sour cream and cheese. Just something I gave a little thought too that turned out pretty decent.
