I want to give it a try, I assume it could be done with a pressure cooker. Anybody tried?

Canning meat should always be done with a pressure cooker because it is a low acid food. There is a pretty good article on the website Mother Earth News.It is titled 'Canning meat the right way'. Hope that helps.

no it works fine but you cant take frozen duck to the blind for a snack. also i dont think canned duck wouldnt count against your possession limit since its processed meat.
