Good to be back boys and girls--it has been ahwile. Coming off a little 2 day teaser here in the great bluegrass state. After possibly the most danger my life has ever been in the duck boat, I was ultimatly able to aquire 1 goose and 1 mallard. Now, as far as sustinance is concerned I can handle the mallard. The goose? What am I gonna do with this flying dinosaur? Here is a tasty recipe that is so simple that even my wife can do it. Take both breast from one goose and toss it in a crock-pot. Pour in one can of Coca-cola. Pour in one can of Cream of Mushroom soup. Put pot on low for around 8 hours. Serve on a bed of wild rice, and let me tell you friends, you have yourself one tasty meal. Enough for 2 or 3 adults. This is my update for now.
