Marinade duck breasts in Italian dressing (enough to cover the meat) with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and a good pinch of Italian herbs. Marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Lay out on a pan and sprinkle generously on both sides with Duck Commander Zesty seasoning (amazing stuff with a little kick). Take meat directly to the grill and cook over a very hot fire to get both sides seared. Only need to cook for 6-8 minutes for a good medium-rare to medium doneness. This is the best duck you will ever have off of the grill.
