i took one breasted shoveler. 1/4 stick of freakin margerin (the wife is to cheap to buy butter ) 2 sections of garlic, minced 1 tsp of Louisiana hot sauce sprinked with Tony Lawry's seasoning covered with cream cheese
wrap in foil and throw on the grill (fairly low heat) for 15 min, flipping ONCE. dont over cook and you should be good.
