Got my first two green winged teal this morning. Problem is that I've never cooked them. I've only cooked mallards and blacks breasted and sauteed with garlic and rosemary. Do teal taste and cook the same? My new favorite is duck jerky. Are these guys significantly different to where I shouldn't jerky them (way to good or way too bad)?

IMO they taste like a little mallard.
Why do I shoot 3.5" for geese? Because they don't make a 4" yet!
