Beer Duck

Ok you know how u put a duck upright over the beer & cook it that way? How do YOU do it? Grill or oven? How long of cooking time @ what temp? Any help is appreciated!

Grill it! Make sure the grill has a tall enough lid as to not knock over the "beer can duck" when you shut it. You'll have to use a Coors Light can, because it is skinnier than most cans. Get your grill to about 350 and cook for 30-40 minutes. Check it frequently though cause duck can dry out fast, even if you're doing it beer can style.

Might wanna only try this with a big fat Mallard or Goose... Wont get much meat off any other duck!
