Shot some hoodies over thanksgiving break and wanna know yalls take on marinating and cooking. My gf is nagging me to cook up some more duck, but its divers not puddlers like she had before. Most of them are all skinned and debreasted so I was thinking poppers wrapped in bacon, but I just need to know the best way to marinate to get rid of that salt marsh taste. Thanks for any help!

Put them into a aisian marinade at least over night then you can try warpping them in bacon and on the grill. But they are definetley not puddlers when it comes to taste. I make all mine into sausage to mask their gaminess. But with a good soak in a marinade and bacon how bad could they be
