Not sure if Cabelas actually makes it but you can get it there...Easy way to serve an appetizer is bbq whole breasts to medium rare (don't over-cook), cut into thin slices and salt/pepper liberally. Dip in mustard and eat! Can be done with goose too and is probably better. Can also be done with regular mustard and diced jalapeno's.
Even works on spoonies, very little duck flavor.
