I take a smallish piece of duck or goose, make a slit and place a slice of carrot or water chestnut in it and wrap with bacon and hold with a tooth pick. Marinate in Terriaki sauce and then fry till meat is rare, everyone loves it

I recently butterflied goose and stuffed with crab meat and crab dip. Wrap in bacon and grill. It's pretty rich, but it's good. We usually cut teal breasts into halves wrap with bacon and cream cheese with a jalapeno slice.

Yes!! I recently saw that recipe online and tried it ,it was great. Worked great with Mallard. I think it would work well with any duck.Try roasting a whole pepper on the barbecue first, then slice it into strips, stuff inside the duck breast with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon.

Take duck breasts and cut them up into 1'' by 1'' cubes, soak them in a light saltwater solution overnight to pull the blood out of the meat. Rinse thoroughly and marinate the cubes in Italian dressing for 2 days covered in the refrigerator. Wrap them in bacon, stick a toothpick through it to hold it all together and barbecue them until medium rare. This recipe is awesome! I get people that HATE duck to eat it this way
