When I usually cook jerky I cook it on a pan and have to flip it every 45min- 1hr. With a jerkey rack do you still need to flip it?

you don't "Cook" jerky-you dry it. use a bunch of A/C filters and a plain ole box fan...stack the filters up with jerky between them and blow air thru the filters. You'll have jerky in 24 hours.
