Make sure you buffies breath doesnt smell to strong of fish. Breast them out let them get to room temperature sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and you choice of cajun seasoning. Melt butter or heat up oil in a hot skillet cook few minutes each side till desired . Put over rice and pour your drippings from pan over rice.

marinate with allegro mix with other ducks, youll never know the difference. :welcome:
