Goose/duck jerky

I had a surplus of waterfowl in the freezer (not above my 2 day posession limit I promise) so I decided to do something new instead of wrapping it in bacon and grilling it so I experimented with a basic jerky recipe and came up with this.

2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup worchestishire sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup favorite bbq sauce
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
1 teaspoon liguid smoke
Tobasco sauce to taste



I let it soak for at least 12hrs and then dehydrate. Sometimes I add sriracha sauce for a little heat and red pepper flakes. Dont feel confined by the recipe. You can add any extra things that you like. You really cant go wrong.
