whole roasted ducks

Pluck your duck completely and cut back bone out. Season with your choice of seasonings I prefer garlic,kosher salt,black pepper,and cajun seasoning. Get hot pan of olive oil and sear ducks on both sides not fully cooked though. Then place in oven at 350 F. let it sit for about 20-30 minutes or till your desired temperature and rareness. :thumbsup:

ive always grilled or fried duck, how does the baking or roasting compare?

A roasted duck is by far the best in my opinion the legs hold alot of juice and it's amazing. Ive done them grilled also with all the same methods other than pan searing and its still better roasted
