Looking for a few reciepies to make divers

I am looking for a few good recipies to be able to make diver ducks. So far what I have tried (traditional roasting and stuffing) has not prodused good results.

i hunt alot of salt marsh we kill a lot of scaup or dogris here in south east la. i learned to eat them if i was going to kill em .the best way yet ive found is to cube the breast meat in small portions batter them and fry them. DUCK MC NUGGETS YUM YUM COME GET U SOME
