LOOKING FOR A SAUCE

Postby rivercountry » Sat Jul 28, 2012 2:01 pm

:help: I am looking for a sauce that I can cook to go over with pan seared or grilled duck breast ( teal ). Nothing real sweet I loved to cooked with spring onions, cilantro, garlic, and Cheyenne. Any ideas would be great

I have posted two up here on the recipe forum:

use a little less sugar to suite your taste. Of the two, the fig sauce is more savory than sweet....
