Never thought of deep frying duck, every New Years we do a fondue with filet, chicken, pork, shrimp and fish. Lots of sauces and batters. Gonna have to save some scoter breasts!
Buy it, use it, break it, fix it,
Trash it, change it, mail - upgrade it,
Charge it, point it, zoom it, press it,
Snap it, work it, quick - erase it,
Write it, cut it, paste it, save it,
Load it, check it, quick - rewrite it,
Plug it, play it, burn it

Will occasionally throw in some duck or goose when frying some fish, it's pretty good, when not overcooked.

soak them in a salt water and baking soda solution for 24 hours before you marinate them...
