I just threw this recipe together and i thought it was pretty amazing.
3 teal (hole)
2 cups sweet chili sauce
2 cups peach juice from canned peaches
1 gallon milk
1 box turkey stuffing
rinse duck well to remove blood.
Soak ducks in 1 gallon of milk for 4 hours.
preheat oven to 300F.
Place ducks on a rack with large drip pan.
Mix chili sauce and peach juice well and brush on generously. cook for 4 hours (brushing chili sauce every 15-20 minutes)
After 4 hours is up pour the remaining chili sauce over ducks turn oven to 400 for 10 minutes.
When they come out of the oven they will have between 1/16 - 1/8 inch of sticky crust. they will be very juicy and flavorful.
*note* stuffing is optional.
