Does anyone has cooking temps and times for deep frying a whole duck? I have a few whole birds in the freezer I'd like to try to fry but can't find any info on it.

have not done a bird whole but have done the breast breaded and into strips , we used the seasoned mix then egg and milk dip then 2nd seasoned wet mix not over 375 fry quick the trouble with a whole bird is if you fry small parts will be tough and over done , like anything deep fried is quick, good luck
Just read it .
