Take only the breasts out, thats the only thing worth a dam any way. soak em in some 2 percent milk over night then marinate them in dales bout 2 hours before you cook em. wrap em in bacon and through em on the grill til done then enjoy its easy and amazing you can use italian instead of dales if you prefer it but thats the best ive came across!

Dependent upon what you are killing and eating a whole bird with skin on is always delicious if you know what you are doing. Plus duck legs are much more tender than breast meat. Coot have a lot of meat on their legs and are also delicious. Don't settle for just one recipe. :thumbsup:
