I LOVE red beans and rice, but am looking to try something new. Any of you Cajuns got a recipe you'd share?

The Cajun 7 Course Meal; 1 lb. of boudin and a six pack of Abita beer.

Cook a pack of ground meat on the side and drain after cooking. Add the ground meat to the cooked pot of beans. :grooving:
