Easy slow cooked apricot duck

Postby Bartnmax » Thu Mar 21, 2013 5:44 am

Hi again all.

Well following the opening of our duck season last week end the 'Minister for War & Finance' & I decided it was time to taste the results. Popped four teal breasts (2 fillets per breast) into the slow cooker, along with a packet of French Onion soup & a tin of Apricot Nectar.
Gave it 3hrs at 'high' followed by another hr at 'low'.
Then dished it up with some peas & corn as well as a nice potato/yam mash.
Easy as it gets & absolutely delish'.
