Wow this was a good meal last night at 11pm after work!!! Came home sat down with a nice fixing of it. I love it the only thing is the apple cider is too sweet I need heat but it was GREAT!!!!!!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :drool:
Theres nothing like frostbite and gunpowder in the air!!!!

Prior to cooking geese with this recipe or any other for that matter is it necessary to let it soak in anything ( I've heard of Buttermilk) overnight before putting it in the crock pot.

Got my first 3 geese this weekend and am going to use this recipe for a family feast next weekend and just want to make sure I do it right. Thanks for any input.

I didn't soak it in anything just tossed it in the crockpot
