You have any good recipes for dressings for turduckens, my turducken man here closed up , so I will have to do my own from now on.
I have had several of dishes just like your recipes, I roomed in college with a coonass, lord the crawfish and redfish we ate, it was great, boudin balls, pistolettes, homemade alligator boudin, Cajun sausage, gumbo, etouffee.

It was all great!

As a side note how many people on here know what a gaspergou, sac a lait, chincipin or green trout is the other world?

are you looking for like a cornbread dressing? Or an Oyster dressing?

Something with shrimp, or sausage or crawfish, and rice dressings.
