Has anyone done it? I have been thinking about plucking some birds and deep frying like do a turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner, any thought or suggestions?

I was thinking about doing the same. I havent done it yet though. I was just going to go by the suggested minutes per lb after I cook my turkey. It sounds tastey. I was thinking skin on would be the way to go too.
