I have some duck left over in the freezer from last season and was curious what the life expectancy was. It is all in vacuum sealed packages and still looks good. I am currently making jerky with some fresh duck I shot last weekend, do you think the last seasons meat would still be good enough to make jerky with? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I freeze mine in ziploc bags with water. Plain and simple. I have eaten duck older than what you are talking and it was all good to me. But I AM louisiana and we eat anything
