Duck jerky seasoning

Im looking for a duck jerky seasoning recipe. I want it to have a little kick too it!

I like the Hi Mountain Jerky Cures...Cajun is a favorite. You can find it at Cabela's.

Used hi-mountain jalapeno on some goose, wasn't that spicy and I used 1.5 times the spice (not cure!) as the directions said.

Buy the jerky cure, or the cheapest hi-mountain kit you can find and just use the cure part, then add your own seasoning. My next one is going to be cayenne pepper and dried chili, with of course the usual salt onion and garlic powder.
Why do I shoot 3.5" for geese? Because they don't make a 4" yet!
