I'm not gonna search, too lazy. But does anyone have a good dumpling recipe? I've never made them, I have a nice turkey carcass with plenty of meat on it in the freezer. Lots of drippings too.

yes...pretty easy to do, I can't type the recipe out here right now, but I have one that goes back to horse draw wagon crossing missouri settling the west.
if you are in a hurry, google chicken and dumplings and substitute the turkey.

Depends on what kind of dumplings you were raised up on. I use the Bisquick mix in a box. Just have what ever you are going to put them over thick and boiling hard. We add corn starch to pot to thicken it up. (dumplings will sink if you don't) Mix and milk if I remember the instructions right. I do a double batch. Spoon them out over the top. You cook 10 min with pot open, turn stove down to low, and 10 min with lid on. Then dig in - fluffy like bisquits. Will make you hurt yourself.
