hey guys, took a chubby lil cotton tail last saturday morning. skinned and ready, i just need a DHC recommended recipe for him.

Meat pie, sausage or stew... My girl takes care of most recipes so that's as far as I can get without doing her a few favors to get her to spill the beans on her recipes!

Heading out myself tomorrow morning for some snowshoe hare hunting...

I have alway deboned them and pan fried them. Then I either roll them in wing sauce or throw them in the crock pot with beef gray for a few hours. Both ways are great.
