This past weekend was our opener and we had a crappy morning, but managed to get 3 teal and a mallard. I cut them up in small nugget size, soaked in cider vinegar and salt water for 30 minutes after cleaning. Then about 24 hours in buttermilk. then beat them with the tenderizer. Put them on stick with onions and seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Cooked on grill and soaked in butter!!!!!!
My dad and brothers usually hate the stuff, they thought it tasted like beef!!! for sure i found a good recipe!!!
Anybody else trying anything new latley?
