Ok well I have 2 wood duck breast in our refrigerator in a ziplock bag. Now its been there sense opening day and was wondering if it was still good? If it is I want to cook it tonight before it goes bad but if its already iffy then I will have to wait until the next duck.

Take some flour and Bisquick add lemon pepper to taste and mix in 1 bowl. Put 3 or 4 eggs in another bowl. Dip breast into egg then into flour mix. Wrap in bacon put in skillet with oil. Cook on med until golden brown and turn. Repeat.
I made this for my wife last year and she ate 3 teal and a gadwall buy herself
