Take a dozen oysters and wash them good, put them on a baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven till they pop open. Open the oysters up so they are on the half shell then top with a mixture of back fin crab meat, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 1tsp old bay seasoning. Top the oyster with the crab mixture then add about a 1/2tsp of melted butter and sprinkle a little old bay on top then place them back in the oven till the topping is golden brown about 15 min.

Very nice. I would do that one on the BBQ. Possibly add a bit of garlic butter. That's just me though.
