Peking Mallard recipe

if you want to know it, PM me. It's a long recipe, and it's takes more time than at the mall with the lady. Or if you live in near sacramento, CA take it to Chong Feng's Meats on Stockton Blvd. The guy will clean all your ducks and roast them for you.

I'd be interested to hear your recipe, who know maybe I'll even give it a try.
