country fried goose steak

cut breast fillets into four pieces. hammer flat with a meat mallet. coat w/ blend of paprika,garlic powder,onion powder. Lightly coat w/ house autry seafood breader(w/ salt & pepper added). pan fry until golden. use drippings to make gravy. oh yeah, fry off some bacon & use that grease to fry it in. enjoy!
