pretty strong flavor. Bout like a bluebill if you ever had one of those. All else fails, hammer em flat, put on some creole seasoning and pan fry em.

I have tried about everything to make Buffle Heads edible fair. I grew on the Barnegat Bay, I have shotten my share of Buffle Heads. I view them as a retriever tool.

I breast them out and marinate them in left over beef or chicken gravey, then dehydrate them. Great doggie treats.
